Apr.16 Firmware Flashing

Use an open paperclip or similiar to push the reset button under NXT
when clicks NXT is in reset mode

From Lego Mindstorms Software
in NXT window update firmware from Lego Mindstorms package
  also loads Lego firmware if following firmware is on the NXT: lejos
