Eclipse plug-ins:
Install: Yagarto CDT (http://www.yagarto.de/howto.html)
since Yagarto uses arm-none-eabi and we want openOCD for now still need:
Install; Zylin CDT (see OpenOCD_LM3S2965.pdf)
Note: It might be nice to change to eabi so thumb instructions can be used at least partially to save space.
9/19 comment: using -O2 takes about 1/2 space so optimization may (and may not) use thumb.
