Mar.15 Setting uploop back device

Lets you use your localhost network under windows

Control Panel/ Hardware and Sound /Device Manager 

  > PC-NAME

     > Rt Click/ choose Add Lecacy Device 

         > NEXT / Install the HW ...manually select from list /select network adapter 

            >NEXT/ Microsoft (rt) 

                > Microsoft Loopback Adapter / NEXT until Finish

Was told to turn off wireless, but seems to work for me with it on.
Firewall may ask questions when the loopback device is used.
